Best thing was that the service by the complete team was phenomenal. It was so great and I recognize this because I've been in the industry as well. The hostess(s) were so friendly. The staff was courteous and attentive. The cooks/chefs took care in what they did in making the food; The owner even came to our table and had a great talk. So in short: Great food, great service, cool spot, I recommend it if you want to celebrate or just spend a bit more than usual but it's so worth it.

This place is amazing with awesome food. I ordered pork chop and my husband ordered baby back ribs. Such well cooked food and very good service. The only reason I didn't gave 5 stars is this place should have widows, it was very loud inside. Otherwise everything is so so good.

What a nice restaurant. We were in Salem and wanted more than your normal old every day and saw Roberts Crossing on Yelp. First, I'll begin with my one and only negative. It's a little dark inside. Mood lighting is one thing, but having to use your phone light to see the menu is ridiculous. Okay, on to the positives. The service. It was wonderful. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and prompt. She was basically everything you could ask for in a server. So about the food. DEEEEElicious! I had the Horseradish Encrusted Salmon and my sister ordered the Sirloin Cap Steak, medium rare. We both ordered a side house salad. For dessert she ordered some type of lemon custard and I ordered Creme Brûlée. Everything was utterly delicious. It's rare that I feel like my entire meal was perfect, but this was one of those times. I highly recommend the Horseradish Encrusted Salmon, it's one of those dishes that I wanted to ask for the recipe.... but of course didn't. This restaurant is a really nice date restaurant. While I was with my sister - we were on a garden tour of Oregon - if I had my other half with me this is the place I would want to go. He would love what my sister had, and I would love taking another deep dive into the fabulous Salmon.

Worthwhile OSU to PDX stop on 99e, hitting the back roads with the top down, we happened upon a great dinner. Chef is from Maine so move over land menu and a rare indulgence into Seafood Fettucine that dished a mass of salmon, cod, bay scallops, shrimp and razor thin criminis in a rarely balanced alfredo, where cream is edged by the nutty and piquant cheese. Hubby couldn't resist the sirloin and this cap was just over on the rare temp ordered but great flavor and char didn't have him upset. Prefer to have the 7oz served whole, but sliced appears larger when plated and might be going for presentation points too. Not the largest serving of mash and steamed broccoli--staid, but overall the flavor is there. Cheesecake is never on my dessert list but a 3- Cheese Combo of goat, mascarpone and cream played a must-try mind curve on me, followed by a number on a 'must-finish, I know better' brainwave.Topped with just the right amount of sweetened blackberries made light fork work. Finishing with Seattle's Best coffee, this dinner salvaged a botched misfire of arriving at a right place, Salem Golf Course, on wrong event night, a day late

First, customer service was excellent! She made our experience grand! She was knowledgable, patience, prompt, and just on point! The sourdough bread and whipped butter with herb was a winner! The salads and soup (Carrot and Beef) set the precedent. We ordered the Cap Steak, Halibut, Meatloaf, Seafood Alfredo, Blackened Shrimp, and a Cheeseburger. They definitely use quality ingredients and every dish was delicious! My kids loved the Hamburger and ate most of their food! Risotto was scrumptious and the shrimp cooked to perfection. Can't complain about any of the entrees. The atmosphere is what made the experience even better as it is rustic and romantic! It definitely was a family friendly environment as well! To top it off, Katy our hospitality specialist gave us the desert for free! Wow! It just topped an already amazing experience! We'll be back to try some of the other dishes!
